I really wanted to share my enthusiasm for an extremely gripping crime thriller with you. It was "Herzschuss – Jedes Verbrechen hat seine Geschichte". The author is a master at creating a dense atmosphere within the atmosphere that drew me into the dark criminal world. The characters are so alive and well developed that I feel like I know them personally. The twists and turns and discoveries kept surprising me and I couldn't put the book down. I was particularly impressed by the detailed descriptions of the scenes. I felt like I was wandering the deserted streets of the city or delving into the dark corners of crime.
